Review the UWA program offerings to determine which program fits your wrestler's experience level, program wrestling style, training location, program costs, training schedule, and more. 

Review Liability Waiver including the refund policy, terms and conditions, eligibility, member responsibilities, parent/guardian responsibilities, revocation, practice cancelations, honor code, etc. This waiver will need to be accepted upon registering for a UWA program. 

Every member is required to obtain USA Wrestling Card for athletes wishing to participate in UWA practices and USA sanctioned events. This expires August 31st of every year. 

Every season; pre-seaon, in-season, and post seaon, members are required to fill out UWA registration form. This registration will add you to a communication app to accept practice events, club news and other related posts. 

UWA membership requires full payment of dues by the 1st of every month. To participate, you must be a good-standing member. Payment options include cash, check, Venmo, and credit card (currently Des Moines members only).
